Returns
Please be ensure that you have read and understand the following guidelines.  
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned to our boutique. 
  • Bralettes
  • Body suits
  • Bath products 
  • Custom items  
  • Mystery orders 
  • Holiday items
  • Accessories (including but not limited to bags, hats, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, belts, and scarves)
  • Items discounted over 30% off (bargain bin, end of season, final sale, or coupon codes) 
Returns must be made within 14 DAYS of purchase. 
All returns must include a copy of your original receipt. 
All returned items must have the original tags attached. 
Shoes must be returned in the original boxes in original condition. If the box is defaced or damaged in any way your return will be denied. 

Returned items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, stained, or smell of smoke, deodorant, perfume, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. We are not responsible for lost packages. 

Merchandise colors may slightly vary due to lighting, personal shopping device, camera lenses, etc. Patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the costumer will be responsible for return shipping costs. 

 

If you make a qualifying return, a credit will be issued to your ayvengraceco.commentsold.com account and you will be notified via email. 

Items that are sent back that do not meet the above specifications will be returned to the customer. 

 

Exchanges

Due to high demand and limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Returned items will be processed for store credit only. 

If you receive an item that is too small or too large and you would like another size, we recommend purchasing the desired size and then sending your merchandise back for a future store credit. Refunds will not be given until the merchandise has been received and processed. 

 

Defects

We take pride in our merchandise here at AGC! If you have any problems or defects with your order please email ask.graceco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to inform of ay problems you may be having. If we are not notified within 7 days of delivery the items will no longer qualify for refund or replacement. 

AGC is not responsible for any damages due to improper care & handling, or incorrect sizing.
