Return Policies & Procedures

We are so happy you are here, and let us be the first to welcome you to the AGC family! If you aren't happy with your order or received a damaged item, we are here to help! 


Shipping:

  • $6.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $150!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom graphics take 1-2 weeks. 
  • Ayven Grace Co is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS with your tracking number for further assistance.

Returns:

We promise to do our best to deliver amazing products you’ll love and the best customer experience around, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Please read carefully to ensure that you understand the following policies.

You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been received & processed.
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return: 

  • Custom Graphics
  • Bralettes/Sports Bras
  • Swimwear
  • Candy/Treats
  • Bath & Body products
  • Exclusive Holiday Items (Christmas, St. Patty’s, Valentine’s, etc.)
  • Mystery Items
  • Accessories (including but not limited to bags, hats, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, belts, and scarves)
  • Items discounted over 30% off (bargain bin, loyalty, end of season, final sale, or coupon codes) 
  • Doorbusters & items that have been discounted to $20.00 or less.
  • Items bought during a loyalty period after credit has been applied.

Eligibility:

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only when returned within 14 days upon the delivery date. Refund credits will only be applied for the item(s), not for any shipping and handling charges. 
  • If you return a qualifying item within the return window & it passes inspection, a store credit will be issued to your Ayven Grace Co Comment Sold account  and we will notify you via email.
  • Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or other odors, etc. will not be accepted.
  • Colors of items may vary due to photo lenses, indoor & outdoor lighting, and computer monitor & phone resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects and the customer will pay return shipping if it is sent back to our warehouse.
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, we will contact you via email (ask.graceco@gmail.com) and will require a $6.95 shipping charge to ship it back to you.
Exchanges
  • Due to high demand and limited stock of inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Returned items will be processed for store credit only.
  • If you receive an item that is too small or too large and you would like another size, we recommend purchasing the desired size and then sending your merchandise back for a future store credit. Refunds will not be given until the merchandise has been received and processed. 
Defects or Damages:
  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact email: ask.graceco@gmail.com 
  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within the 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.
  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
